Hat Size Guide
Every Palariotii hat is shaped by hand to a specific size, so getting the right fit starts with one simple measurement. It takes about a minute.
How to measure your head
- Take a soft measuring tape. No tape? Use a piece of string or a phone charger cable, mark where it meets, then lay it flat against a ruler.
- Place it where the hat will sit: about 1 cm (half an inch) above your eyebrows and the tops of your ears, around the widest part of the back of your head.
- Keep it snug, not tight. You should be able to slide one finger under the tape.
- Read the measurement in centimetres and measure twice to be sure.
Find your size
Your head circumference in centimetres is your hat size. If you measured 57 cm, you wear a size 57.

Available sizes vary by hat – you’ll find them on each product page. We make every hat in an exact centimetre size, so letter sizes are only a rough guide: please order by your measurement in cm.
Between two sizes?
Choose the larger one. A hat that is slightly loose can be adjusted with a little hat sizing tape inside the sweatband; a hat that is too small cannot be made bigger.
Before you order
- Made-to-order hats are crafted in your size in 7–12 days and cannot be returned, so please measure carefully.
- Ready-to-ship hats come in one size only and can be returned within 14 days.
